it's prob. from refill or just random throwaway track then.
my guess is refill then prob. isn't gonna be that great, cause that snippet sounded accented.

maybe theres a song on Relapse 2 called "Upfront"? Anyone else catch that?
And I doubt the snippet song is on Refill because most likely its from the Dre recording sessions...meaning Dewaun Parker has already heard it and most likely had a part in making it...I suspect its for Detox
