On the face changing in the windows thing, the first time it happened in the car i thought he looked a lil like the joker from TDK with a little less makeup and he was rubbing his cheeks as if he was feeling the glasgow smile the joker has, and i took that to mean the literal definition like he's the joker (he dressed up like him in relapse), the comical evil guy in media/rap, but also something else. Remember who played the joker? He's looking in his reflection and sees the joker/heath ledger it reminds him of himself (he relished in being not "bad" per se but not afriad...to take..a stand lol) and is a reminder of his struggles with drug addiction (me and you we almost had the same outcome heath) and motivation for his road to recovery.

Or it could be the weed :smoking:
