No it didn't but that's because people, critics and complainers are used to him. He's been around for 11 years in the mainstream, they know they're not going to get his fucking CDs banned now.

So they move on, they're like leeches. They find new stuff to whine about.

But when you actually examine the majority of the content on the album, not the hooks, not the guest stars the content, the intentions, it's just as controversial as ever.

In fact he sounds more determined than ever to piss people off.

NOW LISTEN YA LITTLE SLUT CUNT WHORE

It doesn't really matter if people react though that's not the point. All that matters is his execution and his execution is top to bottom brilliant. To call the album commercial just because the music is catchy is really dumb lmao. People have been saying it since, well since fucking MMLP actually.

It's nothing new. Whenever people get too big for their boots or become accepted, fans love to say that. But having Rihanna on a chorus... people miss the entire point of that for one thing. He's purposely created a paradox like performing with Elton at the Grammy's with GLAAD protesters outside. People miss the point, all the time.

That wasn't even the most controversial song on the album.. that title would belong to Kim.

Yeah I agree. I was never saying anything about the content, I was just wondering if anything ever got blown up oon the news or whatnot. And for people who complain that he's commercial, he's the biggest selling rapper ever. You think he did that selling CDs out of his trunk? Of course he's commercial, and there's nothing wrong with that. When he does a duet with Miley Cyrus over being nervous about the big high school dance, that's when I'll draw the line.

Posting smileys is a spam. Annoying.

Anyways. Recovery was huge, I mean just after he announced no Relapse 2, everybody took a huge surprise, and Recovery was born.

Image @ menzo.

but off topic does anyone think that there will be a new track from em about all the shit goin on?

like... hear me out. i guarantee your gunna have dudes all over the internet HATING on these leaked songs. and theyll be so thick headed about it. theyll be like "ohh what happened to eminem he went soft again, this shit is for the birds" like he just recorded the shit last night. but not i.
i like these songs and personally think that sylliable shoulda been on relapse instead of crack a bottle and cocaine shoulda been thrown onto the refill. topless is whatever. theres prolly so many more songs out there. shady aftermath should just unlock one of the vaults on this shit and shut it down. if they started releasin shit themselves no one would give a fuck about who runs what forum where.
just be waitin on a drop.

The only controversy I can think of is the fan based ones where it's like "recovery sucks" "recovery is his best album ever" and all those related sayings. Oh and the whole "eminem sucks cuz he did a song with Wayne" or "finally em proved he could kill Wayne on a track" :coffee:
