It's not a month to listen to an album—it's a month to really get to know the album. The minute I get it, I'll of course listen to the whole thing through a few times, but then I'll just listen to any songs that stood out to me/that I liked, which will, at first, usually just be whatever's catchy. I get tired of those, listen to a few more, get tired of those, listen to a few more...etc. After a while of that, I know the whole album really well.
EDIT: I can see where the confusion would come about lol, I did write that I hadn't heard the song yet at that point. That was a mistake, I'll edit it. :P
