Even NON-rappers don't consistently use perfect rhymes.

Bob Dylan, for example:

Here comes the story of the Hurricane
The man the authorities came to blame

"Hurricane" and "blame" don't technically rhyme.

"I didn't do it" he says and he throws up his hands
"I was only robbing the register I hope you understand

"Hands" and "understand" don't technically rhyme, thanks to the "S" at the end.

Meanwhile far away in another part of town
Rubin Carter and a couple of friends are driving around

"Town" and "around" don't technically rhyme.

"You think you'd like to play ball with the law ?"

"Ball" and "law" don't technically rhyme.

Rubin could take a man out with just one punch
But he never did like to talk about it all that much

"Punch" and "much" don't technically rhyme.

The judge made Rubin's witnesses drunkards from the slums
To the white folks who watched he was a revolutionary bum

"Slums" and "bum," thrown off by the plural word.

How can the life of such a man
Be in the palm of some fool's hand ?

"Man" and "hand" don't technically rhyme.

To see him obviously framed
Couldn't help but make me feel ashamed to live in a land
Where justice is a game.

"Framed" and "game" don't technically rhyme.

And he's only rhyming one syllable at a time. You think other rappers use PERFECT RHYMES most (or ALL, in your words) of the time?

Nas, One Mic first verse:

you should probably proof read your posts, or use punctuation, if you plan on calling somebody an idiot.

that being said, Relapse is probably my favorite album for rhymes.
