He's said himself that he only gives someone a beat if he himself would rap on it. He don't wanna give people sub-par material to his own work. And that is perfectly fair because if he doesn't even want to rap on it himself, why would anyone else?

As for the beat, liked it. Wasn't too complicated, but it was pretty good.
