Obviously.
But HOW does he do it? Every album sounds so natural.

Oh look, an unfunny out-of-context remark from Revolutionary... Shocker....Revolutionary wrote:It all depends on how much cum he swallows before the recording session.

1. General aging, your voice continues to change your whole life as you get older.
2. Wear-and-tear of your voice. Spit on a mic almost every day for years and you'll notice that your voice will gradually get rougher (look at Infinite, he almost had the voice of a kid, then look at MMLP, his voice was tearing like crazy -- now he's learned to use that vocal tearing to his advantage)
3. Vocal effects. EQ, compression, and even a little bit of reverb and delay can have a HUGE effect on the way you sound. Em and Dre are masters in a studio, they know how to manipulate vocal effects to get whatever sound they want with ease.
True. I get the aging thing, but I mean...SSLP -> MMLP and Relapse -> Recovery are major differences. Even the song The Warning -> Recovery is different.
And outside the mic, the SSLP -> MMLP difference is huge too. It's almost like he can literally switch between Shady, Marshall and Eminem. It's weird.

Forgot About Dre was 12 years ago he's getting older so his voice got deep.

Come on, that's not the reason. Did Jay's voice ever change that much? Nope. No other rapper's voice had such a metamorphosis.

Forgot About Dre was recorded in 1999 and The Real Slim Shady was recorded in 2000. Between those two songs is ONE year, yet he sounds almost completely different. Must be cuz he was older![]()
Anyways, I was listening to his Forever verse last night and I felt like I heard a hint of leftover Relapse accent in his tone. Now, listening to that and then listening to Cold Wind Blows, he already sounds different. Now Cold Wind Blows compared to Fast Lane, he sounds different too...it's very weird.

It's interesting and mind blowing how often Em's voice changes over the span of less than a year. Sure, he can change it slightly on his own, but it's pretty drastic.
And you just say "oh lol he just does it, how do you not get that"
