No, not at all. Drugs made him do all the funny type off shit on encore that wrecked the album and same most likely if King Mathers came out. Anyone who thinks em is better on drugs or needs to get on them needs to be shot.

BME is gonna shit all over those shitty songs Koolo leaked from his drugged out period...and Encore is definitely some of his worst material, so don't see why you wouldn't agree on that too?

Sober Em > Fucked up all the time Em. The sober Em just needs better concepts.

Meh, The most annoying part of creating a discussion is when one part wants to demonstrate a certain era or an artist and wants to give examples of songs from that era or artist, but start using the worst song from him :

Ayo, Eminem sucks in general, man you heard Big Weenie ?
Ayo, Tech N9ne sucks in general, man you heard Jellysickle ?
Kanye's the worst rapper on earth dawg just listen to Lost In The Worlds lmao dude seriously sucks

Okay then, let's check out the "drugged up" era from 2004-2007 (probably) :
-Emulate
-No Apologies
-Mosh
-Yellow Brick Road
-Never Enough
-You Don't Know

Not to say it's better than Recovery, There are a bunch of great songs from that era, I don't know why ya'll make it look aweful, while it's good, people are underrating/hating this era so much cause tha w1gger was on drugs.

Emulate was written before 2004, the first two verses of No Apologies were written during the TES era, Never Enough is nothing amazing and You Don't Know and Mosh suck. So you're left with Yellow Brick Road.
I do agree though that there were SOME decent to good tracks during that period of time, the one that stands out as the best to me is his verse on Spend Some Time

of course he was better on drugs. you guys act like he wasn't on drugs his entire career? encore and after were sleeping medication. But the recreational drugs he used before are definitely what inspired a lot of his earlier music.

By saying Em was better on drugs, you describe his Encore era.
Em wasn't big on drugs, he took drugs in a normal amount...Like normal people.

I think he was on drugs on and off since Infinite yeah? It was the Encore era that the drugs went from speed and shit to prescrptions but that's just my understanding. i've always assumed it was speed in the early days because of how damn clever he was (naturally as well)

I think eminem just needs to learn to relax and chill again, hes always on edge. But thats understandable, hes now sober and now more aware of people judging him, always picking at his music. Its now came to the point where we as fans are dictating his music to him. He tryed to pick himself back up and try new things. My opinion is this EP is em back on his I dontgive a fuck attatude. :y:
