I don't know how to explain this, really, but he just has this tone, a certain emotion in his voice that really creeps me out because it's exactly how murderers/rapists sound in those documentary things they show on TV sometimes when they talk about how and why they attacked their victims. It's particularly strong to me throughout the third verse, while he's describing the rape of the girl. It's amazing. He even has certain lines tucked in there that mirror the kinds of things they say: "but I can see she wants me," "why does she taunt me?" and then the actual description of the rape - with all the specific actions - is pretty similar, too.
