This is freaking hilarious. So Em was trying to get Alaina to dress more conservatively [because what else is a father going to argue with his 13-year-old daughter about in regards to "school clothes"] and she got mad and hung up on him, and he went over and poked her in the head and took her cell phone? Both perfectly normal and acceptable parental things to do. And he was definitely high as a kite at the time, since it was Dec 06. I wish my parents had that kind of restraint LOL. If I hung up on one of mine, they'd go berserk, especially if they were high at the time.

Good thing he was cleared, or I'd have lost any remaining faith in the police/CPS.

I read somewhere that when Hailie was little he would call up her teachers every couple of weeks and make sure she was doing her homework and being respectful to the other kids and calling her teachers "sir and "ma'am".
