LTWYL is a rare song man. Sure there's a shit load of love songs, but rarely anything about abusive relationships.

Off-Topic but Billboard is also all over the pop scene. They had an article talking about the best songs of the 2000's decade and I was surprised that they chose Real Slim Shady instead of Lose Yourself which should've been first instead of Lady Gaga's Bad Romance. Like right now I'm cocking my head back like Ed Lover, C'MON SON.

Pink, meanwhile, is named as one of the nominees for teaching fans the importance of self confidence in "F***in' Perfect" clip. Perry gets the nod for inspiring those who feel alone and unworthy to stay strong in "Firework" video. Rise Against is included among those five artists for speaking out against prejudice and hatred in "Make It Stop (September's Children)" clip.

They're all essentially about the same thing, except for LTWYL.

Why was LTWYL nominated instead of Not Afraid? I thought that the message on Not Afraid was much more empowering than LTWYL.
