He did the Ice Tea thing as they've now partnered with Shady Records. So he probably did the spot in return for some kind of distribution deal. So, it wasn't an arbitrary product endorsement for cash, it was the forming of a business partnership.

And with Chrysler, he was trying to help the Detroit motor industry, and it's one of the most adult things he's done. It felt classy and again, wasn't just a random endorsement.

Both entirely different to slapping your face on a product for a payday.

This is what bothers me and why I skip over a huge portion of threads on this board.

If someone says that someone else doesn't know what a "multi" is, it might be just due to terminology. I had no fucking clue what you guys were talking about when I first started reading this forum because to 90% of the world outside of TRShady.com they are known as compound rhymes.

Here's the thing. Music is made to be enjoyed and people enjoy different things and that coincides with everything else in life (i.e. food, TV, Movies, people you find attractive) Calling someone stupid for having a different view/opinion is hypocritical.

Em, Kanye etc. aren't specifically in the studio to put out content for you to analyze while sitting in your room waiting on your mom to call you in for dinner. Just enjoy what you enjoy and let other people enjoy what they do. You don't have to like it, but throwing a hissy fit on the internet changes absolutely nothing.

Telling someone they're "wrong" for thinking a certain way about entertainment shoots you right up the douche/pretentious scale.
