I honestly think Obie is better than everyone of Slaughterhouse (And Yela), it really depends on his upcoming album though.

Agreed .Obie was the only one who was signed for the right reasons ,not ruling out the fact that others were bad but Obie was different ,he actually observed how Eminem operates when it comes to rapping /writing .

Did anyone really think anything else was going to come of this?

I mean, maybe for the first couple years, sure. But at this stage in the game, there really wasn't much else left to do but sign the paperwork and let the guy leave. His buzz was nowhere near as high as the buzz Em had when he signed him--and I'm not talking about his career.

Back to topic...lol jk., I think the Cashis situation is a complicated one, i mean Em doesn't even give Cashis a shout out. I was watching the live stream he did with Royce earlier in the summer and nothing at all, and no interviewers hasn't brought Cashis up either. I think Em realized he made a bad decision may be letting Cashis do his own stuff...of course all this is on the DL.

It goes like

Eminem>Slaughterhouse>Yela>Dr. Dre>Obie>50 Cent>>D12>Dr. Dre without Em's ghostwriting>Cashis>D12 without Em's ghostwriting

Ca$his is dope but he'll never turn a profit, his music is like a flashback to early 90's gangster rap and no matter how bad people online say thats what they wanna hear, nobody is gonna buy it

Hopefully when he leaves Em lets him keep some of the tracks they made together and we'll still get to hear them down the line

I thought we put this to bed?
The label wasn't really fitting for Ca$his in the first place..
And besides, he only had a few decent tracks..
He'd be better off on 50s label.

I loved that "Mrs, jenkins" song from the EP tho

Ca4his is actually pretty decent for what he does, he's got a throwback 90's Gangsta Rap style but he doesnt have a chance in hell at Selling records, that audience either grew out of hip hop altogether or grew up and listen to more calm shit now, there is no contemporary audience for a gangsta Rap album now, this generation likes there rap as Soft as soft serve Ice cream, he's better off going independant and keeping a bigger chunk of the money he'll get when he only sells 10,000 copies
