XXX is one of the best albums this year, and has an eerily similar feel to Em's older work in terms of parody, black comedy, dark atmosphere, etc

Definitely not Machine Gun Kelly.
That guy is a a joke.
Asher is OK, but I don't really feel like he respects the art form like Yelawolf does. Asher is a fan that raps. The only reason we've heard anything about him is because his father is rich and has ties in the music business.
Yelawolf is a true from the bottom to the top kind of artist. Beyond that, he offers something that Eminem himself doesn't. He's the type of white guy that white kids who don't like Em would like. Skater punks too cool for the guy who made TES.
Yela could do something huge, but I don't know that it will happen. He can't make a mainstream move, it will be more along the lines of uniting multiple fringe/niche audiences behind him. It's possible, but it's going to be a hard sell.
