It was right after their divorce in 06, guys. If I remember right, she didn't want him bashing her in his music so she took it to court and made them give him a court order to stop mentioning her by name in his music.

TBH I'm kinda surprised it's still going, I'd have thought she'd have let it go by now, but I guess not.

I'm sorry to bump this thread but are there any plans from HimShadow to make that list finished?
I really want to sort my Eminem songs by recording years, insted of when it leaked. It's pretty annoying to hear, for example, Oh No when you wanna listen to 2011-Eminem. So any help with the recording year of leaked songs would be helpfull.
Also I put 50 ways in my 2006-folder, because it seems logical that he made a "supliminal" disssong to Kim right after their 2006 divorice, or do you guys have any other thought on that song?
