Of course I voted for "I Need A Doctor". It's a classic, one of the best song of 2011 of all genres IMO.

Comparisons aside, Kanye does have an amazing delivery. His verse on The Good, The Bad, The Ugly is the definition of a well-rounded flow. Couple of intention patterns, speeding up a bit, the way he connects the melody to his voice is pure awesomeness. And I definitely agree about songwriting skills > whatever.
