And he hasn't made a full song about Hailie in forever. Not that I remember, not an ENTIRE song. That's what this is. And Nas got really personal and Em won't do that.
I like Nas more.

I feel sorry for Nas, this could be the last time he'd reach out to him. Like many artists (Masta Ace for example), they don't reach out to you twice if you reject them.
What would coast him to write a simple 16? Especially since he's never disappointed us when it comes to songs about his daughters.
Either that or he thinks the things Nas said on that record are too personal and he doesn't wanna say something that personal about his daughter.

Menzo wrote:By the sounds of Em's rejection, it seemed almost leisurely which makes me believe they're on a very good rapport. Nas was one of Em's early influences, and since Em is a fan of Hip-Hop, I don't doubt that he views the opportunity with Nas as something special and would want to deliver something special on a different track.
Em's mentioned Nas twice in his last two "freestyles" lol, kinda funny too.

What the FUCK are you talking about?
I suppose B.o.B, T.I. and Obie Trice are part of Young Money too? Oh, but Obie was once part of Shady and Em's good friends with T.I. so it's only natural that Em would work with B.o.B...When has Em had the opportunity to drop a "classic verse"? The only really meaningful song he's collaborated on since returning in 2009 was "Airplanes Pt. II" and it was a dope verse. Same goes for "Where I'm At" with Lloyd Banks. He's collaborated with good artists too, and he's BARELY collaborated since 2009. He's had like...what? Six collaborations? You guys are such sucks, expecting "classic" shit on songs with no real content.
And he doesn't just "turn down" artists like Tech and Nas, he gives legitimate reasons. For Tech N9ne, explaining for the umpteenth fucking time, he was DOWN TO COLLAB but didn't have the time. For Nas, he said he doesn't want to do another verse about the same content. Crucify him.
Regardless of how "wack" you guys think Em currently is, idiotically, he would not get renegaded by either of those two. I'm basing this off my trust in Em's ability to step his game up when against stiff competition, or when having guest features on his albums.
couldn't tell I wasn't serious?

I desperately want an Em and Nas record though. Two of my favourite artists on one song...

Neither is Lloyd Banks. Lloyd Banks was NEVER on Shady, not even in Re-Up days.

Menzo wrote:I wish I could have put money on someone pulling that redundant Obie card. No one's saying doesn't rap outside of his comfort zone, that's completely irrelevant. The argument was that he doesn't rap with people outside of Shady and the three I listed aren't part of Shady - yes, even B.o.B, his little affiliation with Shady doesn't classify him as an artist of SHADY RECORDS.
So no, you aren't right because no one said or disagreed with you about that lmao
In essence, Lello was wrong because Obie Trice, B.o.B, T.I. and Jeezy aren't signed to Shady Records, Young Money and/or are hardly commercial (B.o.B ain't even popular anymore). I don't care if it's a small number of artists, he's only had a small number of collaborations and the statement was, "Eminem doesn't collaborate with artists outside of Young Money or commercial rappers" thus insinuating that it's a definite claim - which it is not.
