Jimmy Kimmel is fuckin old and he still makes childish jokes, he's still fuckin funny because he switches to being serious and a great entertainer when he interviews someone.

So does Em, he has several characters, it won't hurt if he decides to be any of them because he'd still provide you with a variety of styles.

But Em ain't funny, Im sure you can agree with me when I say Em is at his best when he is expressing himself and his views on subjects, tracks like SFTM, Stan, Rock Bottom etc are the tracks that showcase Ems talent the most.

This is Exactly what I'm thinking... It's frustrating though because we all know he has the talent too make great music still.

I think he needs to start living in the real world rather than couped up behind his security this is where he will get inspiration from.
