It's shocking without trying to be. Obviously he knew it was a controversial thing to say, but I'd rather something like that than ANOTHER CHRISTOPHER REEVE REFERENCE (which he had so fucking many of in 2009). It's funny because obviously the idea is that women enjoy big dicks. Eminem is saying his dick is SOOO big and thus SOOO enjoyable all it would take is another inch and even rape would be enjoyable, which is quite comical (at least to me). That combined with the audience's reaction makes it a pretty cool line.

The reason it doesn't work for me though is just... 'you would swear when I raped you that you was actually into it'... just... yeah well as you say just implies because the dick is big the woman would love it but the rape context is pitted too strongly against that, doesn't really work as a line for me, feels like he's about to say something strong but that it doesn't really hit home.
