It's not really official. Eminem himself announced we'd be getting a single soon. Them assuming it would happen the week after his shows isnt official, it's a safe assumption.

Why wouldn't he promote the singles and album overseas first, the guy is pretry much guaranteed to sell a Millie in the states anyways.
