Em is doing the adlibs in the song besides a couple, mostly noises.
He does the "How u dooiin" and the "it's true" adlibs in the following bars. And says "Fuckin redwings man" in the beginning of the next verse.
It's Eminem saying it, and it doesn't matter cuz the whole context of it was about white people saying it lol
