no he's mocking the people who have heard Eminem on other artist's album's and are like oh Eminem's verse was crazy in that Biggie song or on that Jay z song but yet they don't even own an Eminem album. the line "He ripped that biggie verse" is refering to the song "Dead Wrong" that Eminem did with Biggie on one of Biggie's album's. and the line "yo his verses were crazy on that renegade beat" is refering to the song Renegade that Eminem did with Jay z on one of Jay z's albums. basicaly he's mocking people who hear him on the Jay z and Biggie album's and then say "He ripped that Biggie verse or that Jay z yo his verse's were crazy on that renegade beat but I ain't never bought no whole CD of Shady" basicly he's saying that alot of people say they think Eminem is dope when they hear him on other artist's song's but yet they won't go out and buy one of his record's
