Well if you listen about halfway through (or so), you can hear Em end a line with MTV, and when he starts/finishes the next line, you can hear Proof quietly say it to himself. I don't know if you would consider that "prepared" or not.

No, that's just them being used to each others company in freestyles, they can almost predict the next line of the other persons verse.
