I don't think the mixtape part is true, but every rumor has some basis in fact, so they may be trying to make a song together or something.

As said before, if Wayne brought his very best, a collaboration with Em would be fire. However, a mixtape collaboration like this don't seem like Slim's style. This is just a rumor and I am 99.9999% positive this is fake.
