Hell, I think Relapse will be worse than Encore. Encore was a pretty solid album. I was like 10 when it came out and excited as hell. The hype for it, people singing the songs, the promotion, and the music videos just made it like a small event for me. I would play it all the time. Got the album and bumped it everyday.

It just wasn't an Eminem Standard Album. Comparing it to something like MMLP or TES makes it pale in comparison. But it was a GREAT album in general. I can bump that anyday. I even liked the stupid songs. It pwn'd shyt like Fack. Relapse aint gonna be an Eminem Standard album either. Maybe like 4 stand-out songs. I anticipated it so much and so far i'm not that impressed. I dont have that same excited feeling I got when Encore came out.

How do you figure? Old time's sake is one of his best singles yet. You can barely notice the accent in it.
Btw for all you people who hated "3am" and "We made you". Imagine it without the accent in those songs. It just wouldn't sound right and you people would still be bitching! Don't hate the album till' you've actually listened to it. Besides if you don't like it when it comes out, there's always relaspe 2 that drops later this year. Personally i think the album will be one of his best.

Highly doubt it will. Relaspe I think has a great mass of potenial. We just don't understand the power it holds.

I like them very much. In some period crazy in love was my best song on Encore!

When Encore was out I couldn't stop bumping it, I loved it to be honest. Why? Because that was the first Eminem album to be released during the time I started liking him. I hadn't fully checked out his other albums first so I thought Encore was really good and I really liked it. As time passed and I got his other albums I realised Encore didn't reach the Eminem quality sort of standards but I still like it.

I think a lot of people in this forum are very influenced by other members making them hate Encore a bit more than they actually do.

Wow, basically everyone I've seen so far has hated Crazy In Love. I thought the flow was insane and it contained some of his best most mature verses.

Ok i enjoyed the beat and it was creative but, that one just sticks out in my mind as the one barely ever listen to. I did love Evil deeds though. I think your the one who said no one liked that one. But that one is one of my favorites off the album.

This album might be good, but so far the singles are just ok. Old Time's Sake could definitely have done without the accent. It would've been great. We Made You is an infectious song, and while the accent is best fit for the song, I will always hate the accent period. 3am could've also been done without the accent, imo. It was just added on for the "Psycho" effect I guess.

Btw, does everyone feel the hype on this album outside the forums? Cause on a real level, I don't feel it that much. Encore just didn't do it for me. After 3 all-time classics and an award winning soundtrack, i expected something better.
