Eminems fan base buys his albums, people that know of eminem that didnt care for is last albums much are not going to buy the next album. He does create buzz, but only for is demographic...

He needs to create buzz outside his own demographic which would be a street song with a just blaze beat.

Think of a track like "breathe" but with eminem on his A game all original...that song alone would sell 100K albums.
