I think he is over his self-loathing phase. I think he's generally happy with how his life is at the moment, which will translate into a mostly inspiring album

He is out of the slump he was in when he wrote beautiful so id lean more towards inspiring.

Hard to say. All the Eminem albums have at least something "depressing" about them. I just hope it has the energy of the Eminem Show, the quality of the MMLP, the creativity of the SSLP, the emotion of some of the Encore songs and the "catchiness" and flow of Relapse.
