Slim Shady wasn't even really a significant part of the Marshall Mathers LP (other than being referenced a few times).

I don't think he even knew what he was doing with it, or what its significance was...he just used it as a nickname for himself when he wanted to jumpstart some lines.

criminal' one of the best songs on the entire album, that was all shady, and 'thats why they call me slim shady' was another great shady song, and of course the amityville one with bizarre, that was a great shady one, shady played a huge part on mmlp
