He said in the interview he went places in terms of producing that he's never been before.

I.e. - the beats I made for Em are nothing like I've done before.

professor wrote:Im a little worried to tell u the truth. Jim Jonsin makes some hot beats, but does it fit EM? this cypress hill beat is nice. I can see em doin damge on this. I just pray that em never leaves his zone and turns to some techno/pop beat. I just cant see em and jim jonsin giving good chemistry, but we'll have to wait and see. Lets remember, Jim Jonsin produced Soulja Boi's "catch me on the phone' pop.

Its "Kiss me through the phone".
Actually my bad, Soulja boys fucking stupid. Its actually "Kiss me THRU the phone", because somehow removing taking out an o,g, and h will make the song better. :facepalm

Actually, that spelling is fitting for Soulja Boy. I can't explain the absence of the 'h', but I'm glad there's no 'og', because there's nothing gangsta about that little faggot.

I thought he looked pretty rock-orientated.

I don't mind it. I'd rather Em have beats with a little rock tinge to them, I think he's at his best when he's screaming about freedom of speech and how he's going to decapitate members of the White House. And it's certainly this type of music which inspires that... Spunk.

Better than shitty little loops and gangster drums (COUGH!!! DRE!! COUGH!!!) which just make him go "chika chika" and rap about sticking things up popstars asses.

I don't really like this beat much btw. But it's better than what I've heard of some of them other producers. And I'm sure Em will have made it work.
