Encore came in November 2004, then you had Curtain Call in 2005. Then in 2006 you had The Re-Up. Now that's not a solo-project but he produced the entire thing bar a few, he also produced Obie's second album.

Re-Up was late 2006, like December. Then Relapse came mid 2009. So in reality the only years he was inactive were 2007 and 2008 (two years). And the amount of time he didn't put out solo music for was four and a half exactly.
