Well she asked him... Perhaps in 2008 or early 2009 when he was fully working on Relapse.

He wasn't working with anyone in that period, he was in his zone. So that's probably why. Plus he likes to focus on the collabs and make sure they're not for the sake of it.

So even if he likes Madonna / her music, maybe it wasn't the right song either.
