This is like arguing whats better, Diarrhea or vomit.

Vomit hands down, at least if we are talking about either having diarrhea or some disease where you have to vomit because you can actually throw up anywhere but for diarrheaing you have to go to WC plus the whole day you have to be careful so you dont shit your pants and you cant go anywhere outside your house.
