Usually I agree with a lot of what you say and you beat me to the punch but I thought Em did quite well here. 2 things stopped me from going ape shit crazy over it and that was firstly his delivery and secondly at times it felt as though he was really forcing his rhymes which probably fucked with the delivery.

This was recorded in 2011 so I can't really use it to judge his next album. Still I think it was a dope track, Em did quite well on it.

I actually like the song. But this has a huge Recovery/H:TS vibe on Em's part. Makes sense considering I think it was recorded around then. Most notably the syllable cramming and angered tone. Say what you will about HCTW or Numb but the flow was pretty damn good for both. I still like the verse, because I am a Stanley. But that's my unbiased view of it. Good song overall. Always pumped to hear new Em haha.


But I fucking died at the spaghetti line. Holy shit hahahaha so corny. But so funny.

Um, I actually have said I enjoyed the track and think it is dope. Listened to it on loop since the censored version came out. Nothing wrong with discussing some of the flaws in Em's verse which I enjoyed. I thought the forced rhyming held it back and I have a hate/love relationship with this delivery. That does not stop me from liking the track or his verse overall.

Is it me or does it sometimes feel Em tries to make his verses too perfect? Sometimes his so called "Perfectionist" mentality works against him.

Glad this song came out, gives me hope for Em, even if it was recorded in 2011

tbh the only bad punchline for me in this song is the spaghett-even one. That one was awful.

But I still fucking love this, I've been playing it all day and I haven't studied for my exam very much.

Bro, that "spaghetti" line, at least in my opinion, was purposely put there to mock the fans who hate Em's food puns.

Em didn't diss ''Recovery'', he even unintentionally complimented it for getting him back into that out of this world super stardom status which he's doesn't really like. He says he's almost feel sorry for making this album cuz he got psycho & his live crazy again.
