He's doing a guide track for Dr Dre. The reason he sounds "bored" is because he's imitating Dre's voice to tell him what to sound like. He's not rapping as himself. Topless is actually a cool verse and lyrically shits on most of the Koolo leaks. Sounds like a Chronic 2001 verse.

Cocaine is a boring song with boring lyrics and flow. It has a good voice (the delivery on that song is the only delivery he should do nowadays, everything else sounds shit) but it has annoying sentence-splitting and awkwardly placed rhymes.

Hit Me With Your Best Shot is another run-of-the-mill Recovery-era song: Eminem growling in a hoarse voice that makes it sound like he has a cold, with more sentence/word-splitting, forced rhymes and boring flow.

Difficult was a song made by a man on pills. Some parts had better rhyming than you'd expect from Ambienem (it's a Proof tribute... he really tried), but it still had embarrassing flow/rhymes. It was pretty much prose, another Mockingbird. Plus it was delivered in a dead, bored tone. He sounded like he had a cold on every song back then. It gets some points for the emotion he was able to convey, though.

Syllables was a good concept with an amusing chorus. Poor execution. Half of the rappers on there were the epitome of their own satire.
