all rappers punch in,its normal,when u drop a 16 or more its ok to lose breath.

but Em didnt when he was young he was able to keep through a full verse.

Almost every rapper uses punch-ins, some hide it better then others

Copywrite punches in all the time, but you have to really listen to it in headphones to realize it

Necro on the other hand, his punch ins are always obvious

I do like this(Celebrity no so much,celebrity was nowhere near finished),the beat has a cypher feel to it and all the verses were good but i dont wanna hear tracks before they are as they are meant to be but sites will always rush them out to get noticed
