I love how Em is FINALLY less worried about fucking formatting and 'oh, a verse can't be too long' or a song structure... like, fuck it, why can't a single be 2 verses of battling. Do what you want.

Amazing that he put "Rap God" out as a single.

For some reason I imagine there being a hook that's just like. "They say they want me to calm down 'just calm down!'" Where Em and Busta repeat it back and forth to each other a few times before each others' verse. Kinda like how Jay and Em switch off on the chorus of Renegade.

It would be cool to see how they work with each other going at each other like this though. I'm actually glad they're not doing the one verse each thing, that gets so tiresome. I'm happy to see that since H:TS Em's been expanding his ideas on how songs should be structured.

It could be the best thing ever, but it really needs to sound like the two of them are actually in the studio, going back and forth and bouncing off each other, even in the same verse 'Guilty Conscience' style. They could build up so much intensity that way, then rip it away just before reaching eargasm and proceed to build it up again and release all hell like a good dub drop.

That's what I wanted more of from H:TS, but it never reached that peak because him and Royce didn't share enough verses. 'Welcome 2 Hell' is amazing because it does everything I picture for this feature.
