Maybe Em is rapping as hip-hop, saying hip-hop needs a doctor. "You come to me with ideas" / "Bring me back to life"...

Could be a way off idea of course, but it might be that. That would sound pretty interesting, n maybe he had the idea after "25 to Life". Mark my words (if it's true )

That would be a pretty cliched concept.

When Lil Wayne's already done that concept song, you know it's a cliche.

I think it's all in the execution though.

I hardly think that idea is played out. Wayne may have done a song about it, but I'm talking a full on, properly realized concept of that, with the realism of "Stan".

I think that'd be amazing. Because "married to the game" is one of the most played lines / ideas in hip-hop, but "25 to Life" sounded like a breath of fresh air with how he did it.
