His lyrics are atrocious and no, "that's the point they're meant to suck!" is not a good enough excuse.

As he says in Talkin' 2 Myself: "You're lying to yourself, you're slowly dying, you're denying...All these other rappers suck is all that I know, I turn into a hater...I put up a false bravado." Perfectly describes My Syllable.

at least his verse has a point and flowed well in this song. it wasn't random corny punchlines, there was no yelling, and he actually did this thing called flowing.

His flow is about the only thing that makes the verse good. But his Recovery and post-Recovery verses are way better than this. And he's not yelling the whole time in those songs, that shit's getting very exaggerated. He sounds extremely angry and kinda rapping loud, but he's usually not yelling. If he was actually yelling, no one would listen to him

Eminem still has the punchlines and can rhyme words alot better than your average rapper. In my opinion he has the best lyrics at the moment of any rapper out there. The em and royce tracks where not the best Em material we have heard but they are still good songs better than your usual club beat with meaningless lyrics
