Stan should be a term for radical fans of any artist. I'm kind of tired of only Eminem fans being called Stans as an insult, to be honest. It doesn't really offend me as much as it used to, but it's just old and played out. I don't know a single honest "Stan" on this site, no one has been that obsessive on here.

I'm curious... what dictionary are you planning to try and get Stan into?
There are multiple dictionaries and they all have different standards... so your choice of publisher will have a huge effect on how successful you are
