So he's saying, first comes Relapse, then Detox, then the sequel (Relapse 2).

But I'm saying it could be interpreted as Relapse 2 being titled "Rehab" with a mention of the EP.

Not really because, that's the whole point of that line. Saying he's gonna repeat the cycle.

It wouldn't make sense for Relapse 2 to be interpreted as 'rehab' as rehab is the process of trying to rehabilitate where as, the sequel to Relapse... would be a second Relapse aka after a failed rehab stint lmao.
