Though all of Eminem disses are pretty vicious, I would say Can-I-Bitch because of the execution and how inversely commensurating in character the song was to the person it was aimed at. Canibus is this lofty lyricist craving for respect, and here you have a rapper basically laughing him off with no seriousness in his tone whatsoever. Em was this rap troll rustling Canibus' jimmies and being rhetorical - "U mad 'bis?". Not to forget, genius lines mocking 'bis for what he's good at. I'd go on to say it's the greatest diss in the history of rap.
The song gets so much of undeserved hate, people call it corny and what not.
