If anything I would have thought the very start of his verse was more of a diss "mentioning relapsing/pill popping" but nobody said anything about it lol

The only reason I thought he dissed Em was because of the way he said that line, it sounded more like he was mentioning Em and 3k with the "Rest of yall" and not the first 3. That's just because of how he flowed, though.
