It obviously sounds like a recovery track. if there was a dre beat over the verses with em on the hook then maybe not but this is a very commercial song. Does not sound like till I collapse. not in the same ballpark as till I collapse. Third verse is very good, but the song overall is not overly enjoyable to listen to, I don't think that the album is going to sound like this though. I hope not......

Shit even Cold Wind Blows and Seduction are better imo....so yea this track mght not even make my top 10 on Recovery tbh. I still really like it though, but Recovery had lots of terrific tracks that I still play to this day

Yeah, this is Em's most commercial song since shut the fuck up.

He debuted it on a video game commercial, that's about as commercial as you can get. he should have started the song with "yo sorry about this radio shit but interscope is making me put this shit out don't worry it's not gonna be on my album, I almost wished I never made recovery KID"

Em is the greatest and always will be I just want some creativity, something like music box. This song is decent but is not going to change the minds of all the haters out there, he needs something that is undeniably good. That's all. Don't get all mad. Jeez your so sensitive. Listen to wont back down, then listen to Almost Famous then listen to this. Yeah its very similar, of course it's not exactly the same but his voice and content is way to similar and generic. Just trying to keep it real and not blindly call everything he puts out fantastic when it's not by his standards and with his level of talent

Survival is awesome but would totally fit in Recovery. It's better than most songs in Recovery though, and I really like this album too.
