you take sleeping pills around 7 or 8 because usually it takes them an hour to kick in...and there made to keep you asleep..so people with jobs and shit can get a good nights rest...so if your takin pills at 3 am your gonna sleep till about 1 or 2 in the day...what the fuck yo

and yeah im preety dependendent on em...they help me out alot...
