it's intentional. He's saying that Detox will drop in 2010. Whether or not it actually does doesn't matter; He's just doing it for traditions sake/as a joke at this point.

About the supposed Detox date, I think the date in We Made You is the most accurate LOLL : "Dr. Dre, 2020"
