Fake, in a recent interview on Shade45, Em was asked about any movie roles and he said none. So this is false.

Pretty sure Em is not involved at all. It's just that Mark mentioned him like passingly for the part of his bro on a Shade 45 interview.

But there's been no official confirmation from anybody.

Obviously it's about two different movies, one of which came long time ago! What's wrong with you all.

Eminem supposed to play Dmitry Salita but that was in the so called dark period of his life and eventhough they confirmed he's on it back then weeks after they backed off. The movie came out while Dmitry Salita got fucked up later on so he's not undefeted at boxing anymore anyway.

Mark Walhberg said on G-unit radio just a few months ago he offered to EM to be part of his then new movie in the role of his brother's characther and Paul said him and EM considered it but soon after rejected it. That was just a few months ago and this movie's still about to come out. Obvioulsy Christian Bale took EM's role which was confirmed. I guess Em rejected it because Mark's been openly disrespectful and unsuporting towards him from day one.

not to refute the points you made, but i think em's cool with mark wahlberg now since he just did a guest appearance on entourage of which mark's an executive producer.

I doubt Em rejected it for that as I'm pretty sure they're okay now.

Because Mark said he was having dinner with Em or he spoke to him or something. Seems like they're friends or at least on good terms now.

Doubt Mark would of even asked Em if they were still on bad terms as he's a psycho, much more of one than Em and I don't think he would as him if he hated him still. He said they need somebody who's had a tough life like him etc. and then mentioned Em. Almost like a props to his authenticity.

I only guessed why they rejected the role sinse we could never know but I think Em and Mark are not cool. They had personal beef that started with the TRL thing when Mark was disrespectful and then said EM made 8 Mile unrealistic only to make his image ideal & you probably know EM answered with the 'Funcky bunch' comment and with all those 'Mark Walhberg is a small turd' lines in his freestyles. Em's really close to HBO sinse 3 A.M which even gave them the idea for those Shady Talez movies so it wasn't surprising he was on Entourage especially sinse he's said he's huge fan of it and the show's really popular too. It def wasn't Mark who put him on it and it's like you said just an appearance and they probably didn't even meet cuz Mark doesn't star in it, just exec produce it. While shooting a full lenght movie playing Mark's charachter's brother would be a whole different story. Anyway we can't be sure about it in a million years, what we know is Em rejected both movies as in the first one they first confirmed he was gonna be on it.

Em was talking to Adrian Grenier (Vince in Entourage) because he is doing a documentary which Em is in and they where talking about Entourage and Em mentioned he liked it and Adrian Grenier asked if he would want to appear on it and Em said yes so then Adrian Grenier phoned Mark Wahlberg to get Em on the show.
