I concur. I think they may do a song to promote the little 2 shows they have, plus why not right? But on recovery, I think def not.

What is the thing with Nas? I've heard his most popular tracks, and they're just decent rap tracks. Regardless of that, some guys like you want him on Em's album. Why? Why?

number one, im norweigien and ur a disgrace to me... if u dont like Nas, you dont like rap... hes the second best rapper ever... "New York State of Mind", "Represent"... nah fuck that, all of Illmatic... but besides NYSOM my favorite Nas song is "I Gave You Power" listen to that song, from the smooth chorus, to clever metaphores and still tell me u dont like Nas... if thats the case, smh
be the best you can be, and if thats not good enough for people... than fuck em

I dont know, I was thinkin he would be on it for sure given Slim's new flow style. Its like he can get on a wider range of beats now and still kill it his way. I think the main reason why Em and Jay havent been on more songs is because if how they're styles clash. And Jay probably not wanting to jump on another track cuz Jay can make a really good song that everyone loves...Like anything on the black album..but if you were to make a remix and throw Slim on it you get murdered again. And everyone heard Nas say what he said about Renegade...everyone knows that shit.

But now? Why not? I think they could make a real good song together. But your probably right, if they were to make a song, they would have probably made it for the DJ hero thing they did...that would have made the most sense. Then again, keep in mind that Slim has been reaching out to other artists more in the past year than he ever has. I think he may have given up on trying to bring new artists into the mix...and just working with artists that have already established themselves. Im sure we will see features on Recovery. And Im sure we will all be suprised at who is actually on it.

Oh and btw. If wayne is a possibility on recovery ( and this is comin from a wayne fan ), Than jay is just as much of a possibility( Someone who doesnt care for Jay too much - besides the black album).

It's not, Renegades was officially released on the original Blueprint which makes it a Jay-Z song.

some ppl just don't know their rap music....saying nas is no good, saying renegade was an eminem track :shakehead: :shakehead:

i would much rather hear nas in recovery than jay-z, but that's just me. personally i think eminem is too much in a world of his own to flow smoothly with other artists, but it seems like he is trying new things on Recovery, so you never know what might work.

To the one who doesn't like Nas, he probably think it's boring because it actually takes listening to in order to appreciate what he is saying. Check out It Aint Hard To Tell, Smokin', New York State of Mind they are pretty easily accessible, ... then go ahead and listen to Illmatic, Stillmatic, etc... as a whole.

lol idiots talking about hip hop, everyone fucking knows renegade wasnt on EMs album, so if it wasnt it had to be on jayz;s thats not wtf im talking about, im talking about Eminem making that song with Royce and already laying his own verse, when em decided to drop royce and go for jay nothing changed jay just added his verse, so how did em fucking murder him on his own shit while his verse was even meant for something else, and was already recored way before jay knew about it

So you prefer another whack ass 50 Cent verse on an Eminem album instead? Jay-Z > 50
