Challenge someone to something you believe you have the upper hand against. At an attempt to gain some spotlight they have set up a challenge that really proves nothing and would not settle anything. I'm not saying who would win but if you pit a younger and taller guy against a shorter and older guy just plain nature is against you.

Eminem should accept to do a boxing match is Nick Cannon accepts to do a rap battle first. If Em wins Nick Cannon shuts up and goes on with his daily life. If Em loses they proceed to the boxing match and whatever the terms would be can be settled there. You could do the same thing with a basketball match.

Boxing, rapping, basketball, etc. are all things some people are better at than others (obviously). If you choose to pick on someone who you have the odds against, at beat them, you really don't prove anything.

Obviously doubt Em would respond but doesn't matter who wins, the shit talk will continue and this is just a publicity stunt.
