Just listened to it.

This kind of angle is much more commendable than aimless baiting or self-analysis as he did a lot of on Recovery.

It's more like what a decent comedian does, in trying to... do a self-parody of a certain style of sitcom / comedy to highlight the flaws and dominance of crap in the industry, to raise the standard. 50 was awful as usual, and I'm not saying the song was that good but, it's better than just going along with it.

Whilst there was better verses, i thought 50 brought the best vocal energy for me.

As mediocre as the song was, all 4 of the big boys were so clever.

Eminem parodied the whole industry after his first few lines where he said he was going to do the same. Chorus is pure hilarity.

Jay-Z's wordplay is cool and he purposely almost pretends to let out his career secrets.

Dre's speaking in terms of how the labels run them.

50's is hilarious, in 30 seconds he parodies himself so blatantly by talking about guns, money, drugs, sex and violence...and dumbs it down further and steals our money.

As mediocre as the song is, this will have a cult following for now, and when one or more of these artists is long gone and the music has completely dumbed down with the Nicki Minaj's running the game, this song will have a massive audience. Seen in the past, and will predict the same here.

50 did better than I expected, tho I felt jay shined on this overly weak track by all members, glad this was never released :coffee:

This song was born during a random recording session, while being incredibly baked.

"all these badass rappers get stoned, rap about modern rap bullshit, and laugh about it"

..............thats how it went down :y:

We don't like the drugged out Em

Though this is drugged out Em, it's not bad. I think for a whole lot of people, they're just not used to hearing this Em, recently

I love this song. 50 Cent, Jay Z, Stat Quo, Dr Dre, and Cashis all bring it strong as well.

Listen to the lyrics, its clearly 2007.

TRL was still running. Ashley refers to that High School Musical girl who had a nosejob. Stat Quo and Cashis are on it. 50 and Jay are recording (this is same time as the I Get money remix).
