EminemBase wrote:No it didn't but that's because people, critics and complainers are used to him. He's been around for 11 years in the mainstream, they know they're not going to get his fucking CDs banned now.

So they move on, they're like leeches. They find new stuff to whine about.

But when you actually examine the majority of the content on the album, not the hooks, not the guest stars the content, the intentions, it's just as controversial as ever.

In fact he sounds more determined than ever to piss people off.

NOW LISTEN YA LITTLE SLUT CUNT WHORE

It doesn't really matter if people react though that's not the point. All that matters is his execution and his execution is top to bottom brilliant. To call the album commercial just because the music is catchy is really dumb lmao. People have been saying it since, well since fucking MMLP actually.

It's nothing new. Whenever people get too big for their boots or become accepted, fans love to say that. But having Rihanna on a chorus... people miss the entire point of that for one thing. He's purposely created a paradox like performing with Elton at the Grammy's with GLAAD protesters outside. People miss the point, all the time.

One of the best posts I've seen in months, finally somebody gets it. I agree with you 100% homie. :y:

Stop posting smileys. It's spamming.

You've mentioned this twice now on the same damn page and you've been registered on TR for 1 full day. Try contributing to the thread instead of bitching about other people, you're the one spamming. :n:

I don't know how he got away with the "they can go get a belt or a necktie, to hang themself by/like David Carradine they can all fuck themselves and just die" without being sued or something. When I first heard that line, my jaw was on the floor.

That doesn't count since they always complain no matter what he does.

Thats not a controversy because a very small group of people have that opinion, Honeslty this site is the only place where I hear that, everywhere else is, at the very least, comments like "Recovery Sucks but at least its better then Relapse".........Otherwise its usually pretty good reviews of the album, rating it from Average to above average...........

Only thing close to a real controversy was the Little bit of heat he got about LTWYL supporting Domestic Violence, and even that pales in comparison to the complaining he got in the early days

People finally figured out cryin bout Eminem does no good, so they gave up

Small? Every where i go and post people say eminem is not any good any more and quite few people. Only place i dont see this is at eminem websites with his fans that clearly still like him.

He has gained new fans with recovery and lost older ones.

Maybe in Canada, I live in the states tho and I honestly havent heard NEARLY as many people bitch about Recovery as they did Relapse............Not even remotely close
